Well, I'm sorry for a bad review!
Indeed, the customer service has replied right away and an automated letter has come as well.
The thing is that Gmail has put all of response letters to a separate folder, which I never check!
So, I thought that I've been ignored, though it was not so!
Again, I'm sorry for an my bad reply, when you did not deserve it!
Sincerely,
Sergei from Russia.
Oops! Thanks for a quick reply!
Awful customer service, unorganized and rude service, a lady named Sarah was the most disrespectful and difficult person to deal with, they did not want to refund my money, I did try several times by email, I even called them on the phone and spoke directly, She was rude and inconsistent, they even forgot to issue my refund, I would not recommend business with them.
my adderss was incomplete, I forgot to put my apt number. Thanks god Daniel (from their customer service) reached out and fixed it.
shipping is a bit slow now but i guess everything is slow now due to covid.
I LOVE the seamless camo leggings I got. So so soft and comfortable. They are a little long but nothing a roll up can’t fix, looks cute like that anyway. Some seamless leggings I’ve found to be way crotch but these are quite perfect
I might rate as 4.5 stars if that were an option, and I admit, the reason for the slight deduction is fairly insignificant, superficial and unique to my interpretation.
First of all, I'm pleased to report that my 3/4 grey joggers are holding up well after frequent, varied use and washings over 10 months. They're probably my favorite legwear (including all my shorts and pants), based on comfort and appearance, not to mention durability/quality (of the fabric itself).
For my second order, maybe I'm getting zealous, given that it only arrived today. Still, I tried on my Spirit Joggers (in Olive) and do not want to take them off. Like the 3/4 jogger, they fit very well and close to my shape without being too snug, although these are of course full length joggers. A very comfortable blend of 65% cotton + 35% poly, midweight (slightly lighter feel than the aforementioned 3/4 joggers, possibly less durable but only time will tell). A man-appropriate amount of stretch. I again opted for a Small, based on sizing info and comparing my ample-thighed but much-less-than-Hulkish trail runner physique. The olive is an attractive color; not too earthy, not too green. Which brings me to the next item...
I went out on a limb (for me) and grabbed a Graphic Stringer (in Camo). I don't think I've ever worn camo. And definitely never a stinger style tee. I am modestly proud of my arms and upper back (though they do not echo the bodybuilder bods on the Jed North site), and I thought, I can pull that off. Sure enough, the fit is great (just like the pants). The shirt stays put more than I expected. Very comfortable 90% poly/10% spandex blend. Small was the right call. The only issue I'm having is the color. Specifically, the green in the camo pattern. It's more...kelly/emerald green than I was hoping for. I really think a more neutral or earthy green would have been much better. (My wife even said, "That's a bright a** camo", LOL. The material could almost work as a women's swimsuit, I suppose...) I am debating over whether it's an offense worth the hassle of a return. On the other hand, the color may fade sufficiently with sun and wash cycles. Maybe I should have gone with either version of the Phoenix Mesh Stringer; those appear to avoid kelly/emerald green.
More good stuff: The order arrived super fast. I also scored some kind of a discount on this order (maybe an old coupon, maybe a more recent email, I forget). I definitely feel like there was value in this order, even if I am not sold on the green of this particular camo.
If I end up exchanging the stringer or have any other updates, you'll read about it here.
The prices are the same as target and kohl’s with the amount of coupons they give out. I used “Ben” and saved $20+ right off the bat. The clothing is stylish and fits just right for high intensity workouts. The designs are fun enough to feel like I don’t need a shirt on my runs (which is great considering Midwest Humidity). :) The clothes arrived in less than a week and customer service was quick to reply. I look forward from ordering more from them soon.
I love all of their clothing. I couldn't afford Gym Shark as much so I went to Jed North and I think I own almost everything from their inventory haha. leggings are very soft and all items are very cute too. I feel gym shark just feels better and looks really cute but when it comes to comfort during workout, Jed North takes the win.
